Small Biz Website Bailout Deal
Requirements
By ordering this package, we are assuming the following requirements are met by you prior to your order being placed:
- A small business that you are the owner of
- Your own registered domain name *
- PayPal account, credit, debit or check card
* This means that you have purchased a domain name at an acredited domain registrar, such as GoDaddy, Network Solutions, etc. For the time being, only new customers who already have a domain name registered by them will be able to order the $600 3-page site plan. In the near furture, domain names may be purchased through us and set up for you by us for a small one-time fee, and you will be e-mailed the details of how to access your domain name account.

By ordering, you agree to the terms of this service, as outlined below:Usage
The package provided is a 3-page website, which includes a home page and 2 other pages to use as you see fit (as per ordered). The website package does not provide any other service other than to allow you to log in and edit the pages of your website as desired (unlimited editing).
The webpage package provided:
- DOES include 3 pages containing general HTML content, which may include text, links, and images of your own, as well as contact information and general info which you are able to update on your own.
- DOES allow you to access your website at any time, any day, from any computer with Internet access. The 3 pages which were set up for you are the only pages you may edit. Add-on pages may be available and set up for you in the future, for a small one-time fee.
- DOES provide you with a simple yet professionally-designed template of your choosing. This is the template your site will use permanently (or until you cancel your site package with us), however, additional templates may be available in the future, for a small one-time fee. These additional templates will be available in your templates storage and the ability to change a page's template can also be accessed by you. More info coming soon.
- DOES allow you to change the name you display on your site, logo and any of the text on your 3 pages (except credit link to us in the footer).
- DOES NOT guarantee any sales, sign-ups, conversions, or otherwise generate leads of any kind
- DOES NOT guarantee traffic to your website (visits/hits). Your website link may be listed at B. Woods Design's Company web site in a list showcasing websites that have been setup through this service, provided you give permission to list it, however this does not constitute any guarantee of web visits or traffic.
- DOES NOT submit your website to search engines or otherwise be found online by any means other than via your own marketing, search engine optimization and/or any other efforts.
- DOES NOT enable your site to have or create any of the following: forums, message boards, photo galleries, contact or feedback forms, chat, shopping carts/e-commerce or other elements meant to sell something online through your site. We are working on considering one or more of these features to be integrated into our websites in the future. Please watch this page for updates.
Payment
By ordering this service/package, you agree to the following:
- Instant payment via Google Checkout or PayPal through an account from one of the above services, with funds readily available (no e-checks accepted).
Refunds
The following circumstances may qualify you for a refund:
* Customer order error
If you order a package and do not meet the requirements stated in this page prior to ordering AND your package has NOT been set up or installed before you request a cancellation, a full refund will be issued to you and funds sent through your Google Checkout or PayPal account (depending on how you paid).
* 10 Day Satisfaction period
There is a 10-day satisfaction probation period granted to each customer for all package orders. If within 10 days, you are not satisfied with your package for certain reasons (see below), a refund of 45% of the total amount of your order will be issued. Any remaning balance paid by you shall be retained by the package issuer (B. Woods Design) to offset cost of installation and setup of the service. Your ordered website will also then be deleted promptly.
No refunds shall be given in any other situation.
